With over 300m2 of space, and a spacious roof terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, this property has 5 large bedrooms, (4 double bedrooms, all with king beds and one with twin beds) all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and all with beautiful en-suite marble and glass bathrooms.

In addition there are 2 large separate air conditioned lounges and a fully fitted kitchen with American fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

All bedrooms have hairdryers and toiletries and there is a safe.

The main indoor dining area lit by a huge glass cupola, has an oak sideboard and table with dining chairs and the sitting area has a 54 inch TV with a huge selection of channels in multiple languages and of course free wifi throughout the house. There is also a wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings.

Outside

Outside is a spectacular terrace with all day sun, a 9m x4m heated pool with integral jacuzzi, separate dining and sitting areas and a Weber barbecue. There is also an integrated secure garage with electric door.

The house is less than 100m from the prime dining and bar area in the heart of Nerja, yet the pool and terrace are a haven of tranquillity. Well behaved children are welcome but this is a smoke and pet free house.

Location

Positioned at the eastern tip of the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga, 50 kilometres from the city of Malaga. Nerja boasts nearly 10 miles of powdery beaches featuring activities like water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

One of the town’s most impressive attractions is the Balcón de Europa, a wonderful promenade, stretching along the edge of a soaring cliff top woth spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline, with its backdrop of mountains.
